Elevating the Boutique Hotel Experience
Our collaboration with The Junto provided an ideal showcase for Rustbelt's capabilities and expertise in producing statement pieces for both interior and exterior spaces. The project demanded a cohesive design approach across different furniture sizes, materials, and finishes to ensure a consistent and harmonious look throughout the hotel's community areas, restaurants and cafe.

At the core of The Junto's bespoke furniture lies the warmth and timeless appeal of wood, meticulously crafted to bring a sense of comfort and sophistication to the hotel's industrial armature. From the moment guests enter the lobby to their dining experiences, the inviting ambiance enhanced with wood tones elevates the overall atmosphere, enriching the boutique hotel experience. Careful selection of wood species and exact stain matching is an essential part of bringing unison to these large spaces, and a huge part of the focus we put into the design and engineering stages of a project.
With expansive outdoor dining spaces, custom teak tables populate the exterior providing durable but luxurious accommodations.
The furniture pieces designed for The Junto were meticulously tailored to the hotel's unique requirements, seamlessly integrating into the sophisticated aesthetic while maximizing functionality. A wide-ranging project that included a bar-height butcher block rail style table for the in-house café, a statement community table stretching nearly 25’ long with integrated power and light, and large collections of dining tables including teak exterior slated dining tables, interior black finished oak and naturally finished walnut dining tables of various sizes and shapes. Whether it was crafting statement pieces for the lobby or creating dining tables that exude elegance, each piece is created with superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Accurate design drawings are essential to bring the designer's vision to life, especially when integrating power units and lighting in pieces like the communal table above.
Our longstanding relationship with Benjamin West, coupled with a successful track record of completing similarly diverse projects, was instrumental in securing this opportunity. Our ability to deliver a wide variety of commercial quality custom pieces at various quantities on a reliable timeline made this project a perfect fit for us.
