The NeueHouse Cinema project, a collaborative endeavor featuring the distinguished designs of Rockwell Group and Gidich Sepulveda Architecture, has seamlessly blended elegance and playfulness in a stunning manifestation of architectural and interior creativity.
The cellar level captivates with a 90-seat screening room adorned with a seamless fusion of classic materials and bold colors, reminiscent of 1960s Italian cinemas. The meticulously designed pinch points guide movement through the lounge spaces surrounding the screening room, offering a blend of traditional theater seats, banquettes, and lounge furniture, providing an array of options for gathering, viewing, and working.
Ness Group, in collaboration with Rustbelt Reclamation, has artfully curated and handcrafted bespoke pieces, including burled walnut boardroom tables, tambour dining tables, and turned screening room side tables, each contributing to the distinctiveness and allure of the award-winning space. The attention to detail in executing the designers' vision is exemplified in the comprehensive design drawings and exacting finish samples, ensuring a seamless integration with the existing elements of the space.
Ensuring the accurate execution of the designer's vision requires detailed design drawings that encompass often-overlooked elements in our industry. Utilizing finish samples taken from the actual materials to be used is crucial in achieving true matches, particularly when paired with existing items in the space, as is the case with NeueHouse Cinema.
The NeueHouse Cinema stands as a testament to the harmonious fusion of architectural refinement and artistic ingenuity. With its captivating design and meticulous craftsmanship, this space offers an immersive and enchanting experience for all who enter its doors.
